Deploying Nuage Neutron plug-in support

The Nuage Networks Virtualized Services Platform (VSP) provides a sophisticated network infrastructure for OpenStack networking (Neutron).

About this task

The Nuage Neutron plug-in allows OpenStack to take advantage of this scale and flexibility. Unlike many other OpenStack networking plug-ins, the Nuage Neutron plug-in provides fully distributed L2 and L3 networking. This includes L2 and L3 network isolation, without requiring centralized routing instances such as the Neutron L3 agent.

Note: For the Virtualized Services Controller (VSC) and Virtualized Services Directory (VSD), which are Nuage components, you must install them on your own first. IBM® Cloud Manager with OpenStack does not provide them.
