Viewing user access
From the Users page, you can view the users who are granted access to Maximo Monitor and see the level of access that is assigned to each user.
Users have one of the following access levels. The access level is listed under Role.
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| User | The user has regular user access rights to Maximo Monitor. In IoT Tools, user is referred to as developer. |
| Administrator | The user has administrator user access rights to Maximo Monitor. |
Users are created and managed from Maximo Application Suite. For more information, see Administer users and user access.
The access rights granted to each role for operations in Maximo Monitor are defined on the Access Management pages in IoT Tools. For more information about viewing access rights, see the User roles topic.
