Run Prometheus queries to monitor Cloud Pak for Data deployments on Red Hat® OpenShift® Container Platform.

- Cluster administrator A cluster administrator must perform this task.
- When do you need to complete this task?

- One-time setup You should enable Cloud Pak for Data to export metrics to Prometheus only once after you install Cloud Pak for Data.
- Repeat as needed You should run Prometheus queries from the command line or OpenShift interface as often as necessary to monitor your Cloud Pak for Data deployments. It is recommended that you perform these tasks at least once per day or once per shift.
