Set extra EAI authentication trigger

Set /mgaapi/sps/apiauthsvc as an extra EAI authentication trigger.

1. In the local management interface, go to Web > Reverse Proxy.
2. Select inst1.
3. Click Edit.
4. On the Authentication tab, add a trigger URL and sets its value as /mgaapi/sps/apiauthsvc*.
5. Click Save.
6. Deploy and commit the changes.
