Process overview and details

You can use the Process Overview tab to run, schedule, and monitor IBM® Cognos® Command Center processes. User access rights define the processes in the tab.

You can use filters to define the subset of items that you are interested in.

Process: Filters the page content to a specific ecosystem, environment, or process.

Status: Filters page content to one or more status values.

Run: Filters page content that is based on whether processes are scheduled or not scheduled.

The following table shows the buttons on the tab that control the selected process.

Icon	Description
	Starts an inactive process or resume a paused process.
	Pauses an active process.
	Stops an active or paused process.

The following table shows the color coded icons in the first column that you can use to quickly visualize the process status.

Icon	Description
	The last run of the process failed.
	The last run of the process was manually canceled.
	The current run of the process is paused because of a potential failure condition or a manual intervention.
	The last run of the process succeeded.
	The process is running.
	The process has never been run.
	The last run of the process completed successfully, but one or more tasks completed with a warning.

You can click a process link name or double-click a process name in the navigation tree to view process run details.

The following table shows the items found in the page header of the process.

Item	Description
Environment Tabs (optional) Opens the schedule window for this process.	For multi-environments ecosystems, each environment is represented by a tab. Tabs are not present for single-environment ecosystems.
Run details data	Start or resume, pause, and stop.
Control buttons	The current run of the process is paused because of a potential failure condition or a manual intervention.
Edit	Opens the editor for this process.
Schedule	Opens the schedule window for this process.

The main page contains the following tabs:

Run details: Shows a tree and table of detailed task by task results from the latest run of the process.
The lower part of the view shows information for the currently selected task.

Run history: Shows all runs of this process. The Started column has links to a Process Details window that provides specifics about the run and its audit information.
