Deleting users

When the file-based registry is used for user management, you can delete a user that you created.

Restriction: The administrator cannot be deleted.

To delete a user, complete the following steps:

  1. Start the Data Management Portal.
  2. Click Administration > Users.
    A list of users is displayed.
  3. Select the user you want to delete and click Delete.
    A confirmation window is displayed.
  4. Click OK.
    The user is deleted.
