About this task

The validation rule configurations that are defined is dependent on variety of factors such as store location, multiple business units spanning across geographies and so on. Depending on the business requirements, a group of stores could use the same validation rules. In such scenarios, Sterling Business Center enables an enterprise administrator to configure each of the validation rule to a set a organizations, which is called as template organization.

Template organizations are the organizations from which the store specific configuration would be inherited from and is configurable for all the organization entities.
