Manage pack shipment shortage resolutions
A store associate can select a shortage resolution reason for shipments that are short of inventory during container packing process. Using the Sterling™ Business Center, you can add, modify, and delete pack shipment shortage resolutions. You can configure this rule only at the enterprise level. The "Damaged" and "Inventory Shortage" shortage resolutions are available for the default organization. However you must configure shortage resolutions for a new enterprise.
Manage parcel carrier preferences
You can configure carrier specific preferences that can be used in the shipping process. For example, to print the shipping label for a package.
Enabling packing without searching for orders
You can configure the rule to allow store associate to pack products without first searching for orders.
Displaying the Order Summary screen
You can configure the rule to display the Summary screen upon completion of packing an order.
