Deploying multiple IBM Cloud Paks on the same cluster

Cloud Pak for Integration 2022.4 can successfully coexist with other Cloud Paks on the same cluster. Use the following procedure to deploy multiple Cloud Paks on the same cluster, under the continuous delivery (CD) support model.

Requirements: Use Cloud Pak foundational services version 3.19, 3.20, 3.21, 3.22, or 3.23. Choose the Cloud Pak foundational services version that meets the system requirements of all Cloud Paks to be installed in the cluster.

These steps can be carried out in any order. For example, if you already have a CD version of another Cloud Pak installed on the cluster, it is fine to install the 2022.4 Cloud Pak for Integration operators after that.

  1. Install the Cloud Pak for Integration operators. For the procedure, see Installing the operators by using the Red Hat OpenShift console or Installing the operators by using the CLI.
Tip: Cloud Pak for Integration operators can be installed in both All namespaces on the cluster and A specific namespace on the cluster modes. For more information on installation modes, see Guidelines for installing operators.
  2. Install operators for other Cloud Paks in the same installation mode that you used to install Cloud Pak for Integration operators. To get installation procedures for other Cloud Paks, see IBM Cloud Paks documentation.

After completing these steps, you can continue to use Cloud Pak for Integration in the same way that you would for an installation with only Cloud Pak for Integration installed.
