Task dashboard page
The task dashboard page displays chart widgets that provide task-related statistics. The data is retrieved for all tasks within a specified Case Analyzer store that processes data from the Content Platform Engine logs on the target object store. You can switch to different Case Analyzer stores as needed.
The task dashboard page contains the following widgets:
- Tasks in Progress widget
- This widget displays a bar graph in which each bar shows the number of tasks that are active for a task type. When you hover on a bar in the graph, a tooltip displays the task type name and the number of tasks in progress.
- Tasks in Each State widget
- This widget displays a pie chart shows the proportion of active tasks in each of four states: failed, ready, waiting, and working. When you hover on a sector of the pie, a tooltip displays the number of tasks in that state.
- Average Age of Active Tasks widget
- This widget displays a bar graph in which each bar shows the average age of active tasks for a task type. The average age is calculated by adding the elapsed time for each task and dividing by the number of tasks. When you hover on a bar in the graph, a tooltip displays the task type name and the average age.
- Average Elapsed Time of Active Tasks by State widget
- This widget displays a bar graph in which each bar shows for a task type the average elapsed time of active tasks in a particular state. The bars are grouped by the four states: failed, ready, waiting, and working. When you hover on a bar in the graph, a tooltip displays the task type name, task state, and the average elapsed time of that task type in particular state.
- Incoming and Outgoing Tasks in Current Quarter widget
- This widget displays a bar graph in which two bars show the number of tasks that opened and closed in the current calendar quarter for a task type. When you hover on a bar in the graph, a tooltip indicates whether the bar represents incoming or outgoing tasks. The tooltip also displays the task type name and the number of incoming or outgoing tasks.
- Average Elapsed Time of Completed Tasks
- This widget displays a line graph that shows the average elapsed time for each task type of the tasks that completed in the current calendar quarter. When you hover on a point in the line, a tooltip displays the task type name and the average elapsed time of completed tasks.
