Managing appointment books

In the Appointment Book Manager application, you can create and update appointment books for customer service representatives to use when they schedule customer appointments.

The Appointment Book Manager application is available to Maximo® Asset Management Scheduler Plus customers.

An appointment book is a calendar view of the daily time slots in which an appointment for on-premise work can be done.

You set up appointment windows in which the work can be completed based on calendar and shift information, and determine how many appointment slots are available in each range. Appointments can then be made in the Graphical Appointment Book application by customer service representatives in your organization.
