The four rightmost characters of word 4 of the system reference code (SRC) represent the program reference code (PRC), which may identify the invalid/unsupported configuration detected. Find the PRC in the following list to find the problem description and the action to perform.
PRC 4149: The PCIe3 cable adapter at the location identified is attached to an incompatible PCIe3 I/O expansion drawer module. The PCIe cable adapter is a more recent version.
PRC 4152: The PCIe3 expansion drawer cable at the location identified is incompatible with the PCIe3 cable adapter and PCIe I/O expansion drawer module which the cable connects.
PRC 4156: The PCIe3 cable adapter at the location identified is attached to an incompatible PCIe3 I/O expansion drawer module. The PCIe I/O expansion drawer module is a more recent version.
Any other PRC: Work with IBM support to determine the unsupported HW configuration.
