Complete the hardware installation process. This information details what to expect and what you must do during the hardware installation process.
The authorized service provider cannot successfully complete the upgrade unless you have completed all of your responsibilities prior to the upgrade. These responsibilities include the preparation and preinstallation tasks.
The authorized service provider performs the actual hardware installation task.
After the authorized service provider advises that the hardware installation is complete, go to the postinstallation stage, where you will configure your new server for production.
