Understand and act on the condition of your assets

• View the condition of your assets in a table format

  IBM® Maximo® Health and Predict software allows reliability engineers to view the condition of all assets using scores (like health and risk) that they can build using IT and operational technology (OT) data.

  The reliability engineer can customize the table view by adding, deleting or moving columns and creating views. Use filter, search and sort capabilities to hone in on assets in poor health or that need attention.

• Find assets at risk using summary charts

  The reliability engineer can view assets by health score distribution, categorized by unplanned downtime, or by failure rate per manufacturer. These charts can help pinpoint groups of assets in poor condition.

• Visualize assets and scores on a map

  To assist in their investigation of assets in trouble, the reliability engineer can view assets on a map to better understand their spatial relationship and determine if location is a factor. Scores can be reviewed, and the reliability engineer can click through to the asset details page.

• Use work queues to manage specific risks

  There are a number of work queues included with Maximo Health and Predict. Work queues include preconfigured views to help maintenance users and reliability engineers manage day-to-day activities. They can also easily find the information needed including assets with low health or a high risk of failure.

• Investigate asset details

  The detail page is an incredibly useful tool for investigating assets at risk. All asset information is presented on a single page, in easy-to-read tables, charts and graphs.

  The reliability engineer can view different aspects of the asset’s condition and history using health, criticality and risk scores. You can also view any custom scores that have been created.

  Reliability engineers can get a glimpse into the future condition of the asset based on results from the predictive models.

• Take action

  Maximo Health and Predict allow the reliability engineer to investigate assets and immediately take action from the same view, as well as create automated responses that trigger preventive maintenance systems (PMs) and inspections. This can save time by identifying problems early and reducing downtime events.
