What to expect

The experience Your day will include some of the best tennis the world has to offer and an exclusive insight into the technology powering Wimbledon. You will be hosted in our private suite, where we’ll offer a three-course lunch, afternoon tea, refreshments, and wonderful balcony views over the grounds. More information about the day can be found in the Wimbledon Hospitality Handbook.
The journey There are various transport options available to visitors to The Championships, including London Underground, train, tram, bus, taxi and car. Our guests are encouraged to use public transport services wherever possible.  Southfields is the closest Underground station. It is a 15-minute walk from the station to the Gate 3 entrance on Church Road.
Driving The roads around Wimbledon can be very busy and there is a strict 'no stopping' policy at any point adjacent to the grounds. If you are using a taxi or chauffer service, we can provide you with a digital drop off pass so they can access the grounds to drop you off. Please contact your IBM host to obtain this.  We recommend using public transport. However, if you do choose to travel by car, please contact your IBM host in advance and we’ll do our best to provide you with one of a limited number of complimentary parking permits.

Your tickets Your tickets will be digital this year and sent to you via email before your day at the Championships. Please keep an eye out for an email from the AELTC. You will need to download the MyWimbledon app to accept your tickets. Clear instructions will be provided in the email from the AELTC. If you have any questions, please contact your IBM host.

On the day

What to bring It is strongly advised that you bring as little as possible with you as you will be prevented from taking certain items into the grounds. If you’re prevented from taking something in, left-luggage facilities are provided at a number of locations outside the grounds. Prior to your visit, you will be sent a digital ticket which will include access to the IBM hospitality suite and the Wimbledon site. Please don’t forget to download the Wimbledon app and upload your ticket before you arrive.
What to wear In keeping with the venue and the spirit of the occasion, we ask our guests to dress casually but smart. Ladies tend to wear summer dresses or summer outfits and gentlemen tend to wear a shirt without a tie, an informal jacket or blazer and smart casual trousers.
On arrival On arrival, please collect your suite lanyard from the arrival hub. The Arrival Hub is within the AELTC Wimbledon Park area adjacent to Gate 4 and will be clearly signposted. Both Wimbledon and IBM concierges will be able to direct you to the hub.  If you already have your lanyard, please enter the grounds via gate 3 or 4. There, you will find a team of IBM concierges that will escort you up to the IBM hospitality suite. Information about this and a map of the grounds can be found here. View grounds map
