Installing C/C++ Development Tools SDK and Eclipse Platform SDK

For TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 8 or earlier, to develop custom features, your administrator instance of TPF Toolkit must be installed with C/C++ Development Tools SDK and Eclipse Platform SDK from the Eclipse Neon software site. Ignore this topic if you use TPF Toolkit 4.6 Fix Pack 9 or later because those SDKs are included in the fix pack.
