Architecture of IBM Z ChatOps
IBM Z® ChatOps is based on Common Bot Framework of the Zowe™ open source project. The Common Bot Framework is required when you chat with bot in the chat platform Slack, Mattermost or Microsoft Teams. Z ChatOps communicates with IBM® Service Management Unite and Dynamic Workload Console to provide all the inquired data via one chatbot. One incident REST API is also provided for any product to forward incidents, events, and alert data to chat tool channels.
