Creating a purge schedule

You can purge transactional data from webMethods B2B archive tables. The maximum data retention period for purging is 366 days.

Procedure

In webMethods B2B, from the side navigation menu, click Administration > Data retention.
On the Purge tab, click Add and specify the required information and click Update.

Note: If you do not specify an end date, webMethods B2B runs the schedule indefinitely.

To edit the purge schedule, click Overflow menu and select Edit.

To delete the purge schedule, click Overflow menu and select Delete.

By default, the purge rule is disabled.
