Logging in to the Technical Support Appliance

Procedure

  1. Open an internet browser from a system with network access to TSA.
    For more information, see Required web browsers.
  2. Enter the Technical Support Appliance URL in the browser. The TSA Login page is displayed.

    Note: If the <hostname> does not work, then try the assigned IP address of TSA.
  3. In the Login page, enter the following information:
    User ID:
    Enter admin
    Password:
    Enter the TSA administrator password.

    The initial password is passw0rd. You must change this initial password after you log on to TSA.

  4. Click Login. the License Agreement page is displayed.
