Creating a client profile

With an active IBM support or maintenance agreement, clients gain access to and may use IBM Support Insights in order to gain a deeper understanding of the risks their IT environment is exposed to. Insights and risks are dependent on IT assets details, hence by providing more IT landscape data, the clients' overall experience will be improved. By default, we will populate the base data using contractual information we have for each client. We also provide several additional ways to update IT data, both manually and automatically. Please, see data options for more information on how to augment the data provided to IBM Support Insights.
