Downloading the Oracle Database Client Software

You can download the Oracle database client software based on your operating system.

Procedure

To download the Oracle database client software, complete the following steps:

  1. Access the following site: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/index.html.
  2. Click Downloads > Oracle Database.
  3. On the Oracle Database Software Downloads page, scroll down to the Oracle Database 11g Release 2.
  4. Based on your operating system, click the See All link for Microsoft Windows (32-bit) or Linux x-86.
  5. Download the Oracle 11g Release 2 Client.
