Viewing shipment summary

You can search for a shipment and view the summary and shipment summary is also the last screen in all the order fulfillment tasks such as pick, pack and ship.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Sterling Store Engagement. The Home page opens.
  2. Search for a shipment using the global search option and navigate to the Shipment Summary screen. You will also come across the Shipment Summary screen as the last screen in the pick, pack and ship order fulfillment tasks.
    On the Shipment Summary screen, you can view the basic details of the shipment such as the shipment number, status, customer information, addresses, and so on. You can also perform the following tasks:
    • To view or hide additional details, you can toggle between the Show info and Hide info links.
    • In the Shipment Summary screen, a button displays the next relevant task to be performed depending on the fulfillment type and status of the current shipment. For example, for a "pickup in store" shipment that is in "Backroom Pick in Progress" status, you will see the Continue Picking button. Similarly, for a "ship from store" shipment that is in "Packing in Progress" status, you will see the Continue Packing button.

      Additionally, the adjacent More menu also highlights the next relevant tasks.

    • Click Done to close the Shipment Summary screen and return to the Home page.
    • You can navigate to the previous screen.
