Configuring

Using Sterling Business Center, you can configure rules that allow store associates to administer store operations.

Managing backroom pick rules

Setting up product display options
You can choose to display or hide product images across the Sterling Store Engagement user interface. You can also select a theme that you want to apply to the application.
Configuring service level indicators
You can specify the images to be displayed for pickup and shipping orders when the configured threshold time is exceeded. The threshold time can be configured only at the enterprise level. By default, service level indicators are defined for low priority, medium priority, high priority, and overdue orders.
Setting up polling interval
You can set the polling interval in milliseconds to update the number of alerts assigned to a store associate. Similarly, you can configure the time interval to refresh the manager dashboard as well. You can configure both the intervals only at the enterprise level.
Configuring batches
You can choose to combine products from Pickup in Store and Ship from Store orders in batches.
Configuring fulfillment options
You can configure store fulfillment rules for a store by using Sterling Business Center.
Configuring display options
You can configure the display options for return products.
Configuring store hub rules
You can define the unit of measure (UOM) to be displayed or used on the user interface, default home page and its layout, and manage store user personas.
Configuring store payment rules
You can configure payment rules for a store by using Sterling Business Center.
Configuring returns
You can configure returns rules and override reasons by using Sterling Business Center.
