Update enclosure firmware

The update enclosure firmware DMP assists to update the enclosure firmware to the latest level.

The following are the corresponding event details and the proposed solution:

Event name: enclosure_firmware_wrong
Problem: The reported firmware level of the environmental service module is not compliant with the recommendation.
Solution: Update the firmware.

If more than one host-adapter is not running the newest version of the firmware, the system prompts to update the firmware. The system issues the mmchfirmware command to update firmware of the installed host-adapters. Consult the IBM Storage Scale RAID: Administration Guide guide for the mmchfirmware command format.
