Triggering EBA STEP2 validation

EBA messages differ from SEPA messages due to differences in the XML Group Header.

In the EBA Group Header, the Settlement Information (SttlmInf), and the Settlement Method (SttlmMtd) are CLRG. The Clearing System Priority (Prty) is ST2. The EBA Group Header is shown below.
