Playbook Statistics permission

A new Playbooks Statistics permission under Administration and Customization Permissions determines if users can view playbook progress from within incidents and if they can see the Playbook instances tab on the playbooks list page.

Users with a role assigned that includes Ability to view and modify permissions are automatically assigned the Playbook Statistics permission and the Playbook Statistics permission is disabled. Users who are not assigned a role with the Ability to view and modify permissions can only view the Playbook instances tab and playbook progress from within incidents if they are assigned the new Playbooks Statistics permission.
