Privacy updates
The Privacy Solution is reviewed for each IBM Security QRadar SOAR Platform release.
The following regulators were updated in SOAR Platform 50.2.

Updated the language to the "Resource Library" and "Notify the Texas AG (Texas Person-Entity)" tasks to reflect the threshold of affected persons (250 Texas residents) required to trigger notification task. Also changed the "Timeframe" required to "Notify Texas AG" (from 60 days to 30 days) in line with latest amendments to existing Texas breach notification law. |
