Managing shared links

On the Operations Center menu bar, when you hover over the shared links icon Shared links icon, a list of up to forty shared links is displayed. System administrators can create, delete, and edit shared links.

About this task

You can create shared links to web pages that are external to the Operations Center. You can also create shared links to Operations Center pages. For example, you can create a shared link as a shortcut to a filtered table in the Operations Center so that you are not required to repeat the filtering procedure every time that you want to see the filtered data.

Procedure

To create, delete, or edit shared links, complete the following steps:

  1. On the Operations Center menu bar, hover over the settings icon Settings icon, and select Settings.
  2. Click the Shared Links tab.
  3. Take one or more of the following actions:
    • To create a shared link, type a name and URL, and press the Enter key.
    • To delete a shared link, click the "X" symbol at the beginning of the corresponding line.
    • To edit a shared link name or URL, click the name or URL.
  4. Click Save.
