Developing with Provider Management
Cúram Provider Management can be customized and configured to meet the requirements of the organization. Customization options include strategy patterns, events, workflows, and rule sets. CPM provides a number of service layer interfaces that are designed for customization. IBM Cúram Provider Management (CPM) includes a number of workflow process definitions. Agencies can copy any of these workflow process definitions to a custom workflow directory and modify them.
