Password reuse limit for local administrators

Starting with IBM Spectrum® Protect 8.1.16, administrators can set a limit on the number of unique new passwords that need to be used before using an old password for local administrators. It forces a local administrator to use a unique new password every time until the password reuse limit is reached. An old password can be reused only after the required number of unique new passwords are used from the time of using the old password as specified in the password reuse limit. You can specify an integer in the range 0 - 9999. The default value is 12.
