Secure communications by using the TLS 1.3 protocol

With IBM Spectrum® Protect Version 8.1.11, the Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 protocol is enabled by default to secure communications between servers, clients, and storage agents. TLS 1.3 provides a higher level of security than previous TLS levels.
