Update a directory container to make files that are marked as damaged available for use

When data extents in a directory container are marked as damaged, the data is no longer available for use. If the data extents were unintentionally marked as damaged, you can unmark them by issuing the AUDIT CONTAINER command and specifying the ACTION=UNMARKDAMAGED parameter value. Then, all data extents that were previously marked as damaged become available for use.
