Preparing communications and training
Prepare a communications and training plan to help your users, administrators, and help desk personnel make the transition to the service.
About this task
Prepare to communicate to your users the benefits of the service, the changes to expect, and the steps to take to make the transition. Ensure that your help desk personnel are aware of the communications plan and are prepared to help users follow instructions that are provided in it.
