Account status attribute
The user account status can be either active or inactive. In a reconciliation operation, you can retrieve the account status.
Use these sources:
- List of users in the Suspend Groups on the Lotus® Domino® server
- List of users in the Not Access Server field on the Security page of the server document
For
example assume that the value of the registry key Suspend
Group is
Suspended Users and multiple Suspended
Users groups exist on the Lotus Domino server.
If you perform the reconciliation operation, the Lotus Notes® Adapter reads
the user account status from the groups that start with Suspended
Users. - If the user's common name (CN) is present in the Suspended Users groups, then the account status on IBM® Security Identity Manager is shown as Inactive.
- If the user's CN is not present in the Suspended Users groups, then the account status on IBM Security Identity Manager is shown as Active.
If the value of the registry key Suspend
Group is blank,
during the reconciliation operation, the Lotus
Notes Adapter reads
the user account status from the Not Access Server field
on the Security page of the server document.
- If the user's CN is present in the Not Access Server field on the Security page of the server document, then the account status on IBM Security Identity Manager is shown as Inactive.
- If the user's CN is not present in the Not Access Server field on the Security page of the server document, then the account status on IBM Security Identity Manager is shown as active.
