User assistance
The Support or Assist me panel displays relevant information about the opened page and provides additional support links related to the IBM® Verify tenant.
Before you begin
Note: The feature, VDEV-52267 or VDEV-60440 can be enabled upon request. To request this feature,
contact your IBM Sales representative or IBM contact and indicate your interest in enabling this
capability. You can also create a support ticket with the feature number if you have the permission.
Note that IBM Verify trial subscriptions
cannot create support tickets.
The feature is only supported in EU and US regions.
- You must have administrative permission to complete this task..
- Log in to the IBM Verify administration console as an Administrator. For more information, see Accessing IBM Verify.
Using Assist Me
- Log in as an administrator on Verify. Navigate to the profile icon and click Switch to admin.
- Navigate to the upper-right bar in the Admin panel home page and click the
icon to open
the Assist me panel. - The Assist me panel provides the following user assistance:
- The search box enables to find relevant articles based on the entered keywords.
- The Relevant tours section provides access to varied walk-through related to the IBM Verify tenant.
- The Relevant articles section displays all the articles related to the page accessed in the tenant.
- The Additional support section provides access to other links that can be referred for more information and tenant support.
