Updating your profile

You can update the information such as name, user name, and email address that are contained in your profile. You can also view your privacy and verification settings.

Before you begin

Your administrator needs to create a profile for the users on the IBM® Verify tenant and provide you with the URL to update your profile. For more information, see Managing user profiles.

Procedure

  1. Open the profile URL provided by your administrator. If you are not already logged in to Verify, you will be prompted to Sign In.
    Your user profile information is displayed.
  2. If the information is incorrect or you need to change the information, click the field and enter the updates, then click Save profile.
  3. Optional: Select Privacy in the left pane to view your Basic and Advance consent details. If this information needs to be updated, contact your Verify administrator.
  4. Optional: Select Verification in the left pane to view your security settings. To edit this information, click Edit and enter the updates. Contact your Verify administrator to update any information that cannot be edited.
