Requirements for CICS Transaction Gateway
Before you install and set up the CICS® Transaction Gateway, ensure that you have
the downloaded the CICS Transaction
Gateway exits from Rational® Test Control Panel and
installed the correct version of Java™ and
a CICS JVMS server.
For CICS Transaction Gateway versions earlier than 9.1.0.1, you can virtualize CTG calls through the client side exit, if you have installed CA5F SupportPac. For more information, see CA5F: IBM® CICS TG 'gateway' intercept plug-in support. To virtualize calls through the Transaction Gateway, you must use CTG version 9.1.0.1 or later.
