Requirements for the CICS Transaction Gateway

Before you install and set up the CICS® Transaction Gateway, ensure that you have IBM® Rational® Integration Tester Platform Pack installed, and the correct version of Java™ and a CICS JVMS server.

CICS Transaction Gateway virtualization requires that the CA5F SupportPac is installed for CICS Transaction Gateway. For more information, see CA5F: IBM CICS TG 'gateway' intercept plug-in support.
