Configure URL access on firewalls
If your IBM® QRadar® Console is behind a restricted firewall, you must allow traffic to specific URLs to use the full features of the Assistant app.
At a minimum, you must allow traffic to https://api.xforce.ibmcloud.com/ to
connect to the App exchange. To receive content updates for the Assistant app, allow traffic to the
following URLs:
- https://api.xforce.ibmcloud.com/
- http://www-01.ibm.com/support/
- https://www.googleapis.com/youtube-nocookie.com/v3/
- https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/
- https://www.securitylearningacademy.com/
- https://ibmmaas360.secure.force.com/(specifically https://ibmmaas360.secure.force.com/ForumsRSSFeed)
- https://www.ibm.com/mysupport
