Download a Welcome Kit from Planning Analytics Administration

When you receive initial notification that a Planning Analytics Welcome Kit is available, you must download the kit from IBM@Box. However, any subsequent Welcome Kits can be downloaded directly from Planning Analytics Administration.

You must be a Subscription Administrator to download a Welcome Kit from Planning Analytics Administration

If you have multiple tenants (environments), Welcome Kits for all tenants must be downloaded from your primary tenant.

About this task

After you download your initial Welcome Kit from IBM@Box, some changes can result in a new Welcome Kit being required for your tenant. For example, if you add a modeler license or change the password for your shared folder, you'll need to download an updated Welcome Kit.

1. Log in to your primary Planning Analytics Workspace tenant as a Subscription Administrator.
2. Click the Administration tile.
3. At the top of the Administration page, click the Key icon .
4. On the Welcome kit settings page, click the Welcome Kit download link.

   If you have multiple tenants, you can pick the tenant for which you want to download the Welcome Kit.

   The Welcome Kit is saved to your Downloads directory with this naming format: tenant_name Welcome Kit.zip.
