Accessing applications

The Environment details tab helps you access the IBM Sterling® Order Management System applications directly from Self Service .

You can access the following products on the Environment details tab. Use the URL on each product tab to access the application.
  • IBM Sterling Order Management System
  • IBM® Sterling™ Store Engagement
  • Order Hub (Legacy)
  • IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility
The following subscription types are available for the IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising environment.
  • The Essential subscription type indicates that you have purchased IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Essential.
  • The Standard subscription type indicates that you have purchased IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Standard.
  • The Premium subscription type indicates that you have purchased IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising Premium.
  • The OMS Default subscription type indicates that the IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising instance is bundled with and included as part of the IBM Sterling Order Management System environment.
Note: Only users who have the Organization Administrator role can view the client ID and the secret code for Sterling Store Engagement and Sterling Intelligent Promising Inventory Visibility applications.
To access the application in the Internet Explorer browser, ensure that the emulation is set to version 11 or a value that is version 10 or later. To set up the emulation, complete the following steps.
  1. In Internet Explorer, press the F12 key, log in to the application, and then open the Developer tools.
  2. Click Emulation and select the document mode as version 11 or any value that is version 10 or later.

    Do not close the Developer tools. Let it run in the background.
