Sample reports for Operational Reporting

Sterling™ Order Management System provides a few sample reports for reference.

The following reports are created by using IBM® Cognos® Report Studio and provided with Sterling Order Management System as samples:

• Backlog summary report
• Business volume report
• Days of supply report
• Delayed order report
• Goods in-transit report
• Invoice collections report
• Open orders report
• Orders on hold report
• Returned products report
• Top 10 products report
• Unshipped orders report

The Cognos Report Studio is used to create reports that have complex layout, formatting requirements, or reports that support user interaction. You can also use it when you need detailed control over the appearance of the report. For example, when you create a report that is intended for a large audience or a report that exists for long and need maintenance. If your report does not have these requirements, you can use IBM Cognos Query Studio, which provides a faster solution and requires less technical expertise.
