View or add details about an appointment such as the time that the service was completed or failed, and any alerts or notes.

Field Description
Expected start time The expected start time of the appointment. For more information, see Assigning stop numbers to appointments for a resource and .
Expected end time The expected end time of the appointment. For more information, see Assigning stop numbers to appointments for a resource .
Work effort The amount of effort, based on your business measurements, that was completed for the appointment.
Execution start time The time that the service started.
Execution end time The time that the service ended.
Executed by The person who provided the service.
Execution comments Any comments or notes about the service.
Items not used Items that were brought to the appointment but were not used.
Non inventory items returned Items that were returned but not counted in inventory.
Additional equipment used Equipment that was used but not originally documented as needed for the appointment.
Attention required Flag to alert personnel about this appointment.
Alert sales Add information to send to sales.
Alert scheduler Add information to send to the scheduler.
Vehicle number The vehicle number that was used to travel to the appointment.
Request for maintenance Explain the issue that requires maintenance.
Odometer reading The odometer reading.
Team members The list of team members gets automatically populated if a resource ID is selected on the appointment, and if team members were assigned to that resource in the Applications Manager.
