Deleting cancellation reason codes

You can delete the existing work order cancellation reason codes, if they are not being used.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Cancellation Reason window. To navigate to the Cancellation Reason window, perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling™ Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator. The Business Center home page opens.
    2. Click System Setup. The System Setup home page opens.
    3. Expand the Work Order menu, and click Cancellation Reason Codes. The Cancellation Reason window opens.
  2. Select the check boxes of the cancellation reason codes that you want to delete, and click Delete. The Confirm Delete window opens.
  3. Click Yes. The cancellation reason codes are deleted.
