Users, teams, and API keys

When you create an IBM® NS1 Connect® account, you become the first account user with all permissions enabled. You can add users to your account and grant them permissions based on their role, focus area, or the specific resources they require access to. Each user manages their own login credentials, but you can enforce global two-factor authentication for all users if required by your organization.

Similarly, you can create as many API keys as needed to enable users who prefer to engage with the platform via API or for various applications and integrations. API key permissions are the same as user permissions.

If you have multiple users and/or API keys that require the same permissions, you can create a team. Any users or API keys you associate with the team will inherit the team-level permissions and ignore any that have been set locally.
