- The following features and functions are available in the Netcool Operations Insight version 1.6.3.2 product:
- Single sign-on
- The single sign-on feature was added in 1.6.3.2. For more information, see Configuring single sign-on and adding Web GUI customization with scripts.
- Footprint
- The resources required for a production deployment increased in version 1.6.3.2. For more information, see Sizing for a Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift deployment and Sizing for a hybrid deployment.
- Updated components in version 1.6.3.2

- The following features and functions are available in the Netcool Operations Insight version1.6.3 product:
- Deprecated support for IBM Network Performance Insight
- Support for IBM Network Performance Insight was removed from the Netcool Operations Insight 1.6.3 release.
- Edit Temporal Pattern policies
- Event Analytics Temporal Pattern policies can now be edited to modify or enhance the events grouped by these policies. For more information, see Editing policies.
- Dashboards
- Improved integration of Grafana dashboards with Netcool Operations Insight.
- Dashboards
- The Runbook dashboard provides usage statistics on your runbooks. The dashboard also indicates the level of runbook automation maturity, from manual runbooks to fully automated runbooks, over time.
- Incident management
- An incident is made up of one or more events and models a single real-life incident in your monitored environment. Using the new incident management capability, your Operations teams can perform a series of incident resolution activities, including listing current incidents, viewing all incidents, or viewing user or group assigned incidents. They can also take ownership of incidents, and work with teams and tools to resolve incidents.
- OpenShift
- Support for deploying Netcool Operations Insight on Red Hat OpenShift version 4.6 was added in version 1.6.3.
- Probable cause custom labels and classification column names
- You can add your own and customized classification label and customize the classification column name that is used for classification when using probable cause. For more information, see Configuring probable cause.
