Cannot create DASH artifacts on a backup cluster due to maintenance mode issues
When you run IBM® Netcool® Operations Insight® on Red Hat® OpenShift® in a geo-redundant environment, if you can't create Dashboard Application Services Hub artifacts on a backup cluster, contact support.
Problem
After you configure your geo-redundant cluster and attempt to create DASH artifacts on the
backup cluster, the following message
appears:
The system is in maintenance mode. Please contact your administrator or try again later.
Support
The workaround is to create the DASH artifacts on the primary node or cluster. In a geo-redundant environment, the artifacts are disseminated over to the backup cluster. Contact IBM support for further assistance.
