New features in version 1.6.10
The following features and functions are available in the Netcool Operations Insight 1.6.10 product:
Topology updates
Several topology updates are included with Netcool Operations Insight. For more information, see the What's new in Version 1.1.19 external icon topic in the IBM® Agile Service Manager documentation.

Running data administration routines
Deeper insight into data administration routines is available. You can click a routine name to open up a modal dialog that shows the parameter values that were used to run that routine the last time it was run. In addition, the main table footer now gives an indication of the number of routines being displayed, and in particular when some routines are not being shown due to your display settings, so you are aware that some routines are not shown. For more information, see Running data administration routines.
Enhanced topology filtering
You can use date and time to filter resources and groups. For instance, you can use historical search to get data for a specific point in time that you set. You can also use the last updated setting to view resources, resources groups and applications that were created or updated within the specified period prior to the current time. For more information, see Rendering a topology.
Inventory service
The inventory service replaces the elastic search service to provide the main query capabilities. For more information, see Rendering a topology and Topology query syntax.
Runbook Automation
Use complete URLs as parameters of Client-side automations and HTTP automations. For more information, see Creating an automation.
CEAProcessType field

The CEAProcessType field is supported in version 1.6.10. For more information, see CEAProcessType.

Cloud native analytics gateway configmap
The following fields are removed from the cloud native analytics gateway configmap (ea-noi-layer-eanoigateway) in version 1.6.10:
  • LocalNodeAlias
  • LocalSecObj
  • RemoteNodeAlias
