Contacting IBM Support

Procedure

  1. Using your IBMid, log in to the IBM Support Portal.
  2. From the Open a case panel, select Software and cloud products.
  3. In Support cases, click Open a case:
    1. Set Product support for Type of support.
    2. Specify the title of the ticket.
    3. Specify IBM as the Product manufacturer.
    4. Specify Netezza Performance Server as the product.
    5. Specify the severity.
    6. Include a description and preferred language for communication.
  4. Click Submit case.
