Cron tasks for software catalog integration

Maximo IT includes a cron task defined for software catalog imports. The cron task includes predefined cron task instances.

You use the Cron Task Setup application to specify what processes to run and the schedule for importing software catalog data. Maximo IT provides the following cron task for importing software catalog data.

• TAD4ZCATALOGIMPORT: This cron task instance provides parameters for importing software catalog data. It specifies which enterprise services are processed and establishes the schedule for importing mainframe software catalog data. One cron task instance, TAD4ZCATALOG, is provided for this cron task.

If you are using sequential queues to process data, you also use the JMSQSEQCONSUMER cron task to enable sequential queue processing.
